Important note about quotes and costs. There are some people that say they can do liquidations from £950. This will only be for a solvent company liquidation ( Members Voluntary Liquidation ) most certainly not a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation where there are debts!
A Voluntary Liquidation is where the directors decide that the company is no longer viable and must cease.
It is a much quicker and less stressful process than Compulsory Liquidation that requires a court process and will expose you to more personal risk.
